现在很多低碳养生人士已经开始自己在家炼猪油来炒菜吃。用气炸锅炼猪油,酥脆油渣+雪白猪油同时拥有!!!


🛒 食材准备:

猪板油 500g(切小块)

姜片 几片

葱 一些

👩‍🍳 制作步骤:

1️⃣ 猪板油冷水洗干净切放入炸锅

2️⃣ 加入葱和姜片姜片

3️⃣ **200度15分钟**👉翻面再**15分钟**

4️⃣ 油渣金黄酥脆捞出,猪油过滤冷藏保存~


猪油渣可以用来煮福建面,干捞面都绝佳美味
